1. Can I return my products?
Within 14 days of receipt, you can return undamaged and unused products, where the return fee is for the consumer, unless there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, the customer initially covers the return costs, which are later reimbursed after review by the seller.
Defective products due to manufacturing defects are replaced within 24 months. Returns are possible up to 2 weeks after delivery date. After this period, refund is not possible. Used, damaged or packaged goods without original packaging are not accepted.
2. Received damaged or defective product.
If a product is delivered defective, we request that you report and return it up to 72 hours after receiving the package. After inspection, we may consider possible compensation if it falls within the warranty.
3. How does returns work?
- Within the written conditions you must indicate that you want to dissolve/return the agreement. You can submit the return request below for this.
- Items must be returned in the best possible, unused condition and in the original factory packaging without any tape, adhesive tape or shipping stickers.
- After registering your return via email or the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox. With this email you can request and print the return label.
- After receiving the return shipment, we will send a message about the status of your return within 7 working days. Costs for packages that are then sent back to you are covered by us as standard!
